My kids and I saw an early screening of the Minions earlier in the week. We loved it. As expected, the little Minions are still cute and funny. In fact, there were giggles through out the movie. Minions is one of the rare spin-off movies where the side kicks are entertaining and worth watching on their own. It’s a fun movie for the whole family. My kids think so! My kids are excited about the new Minions movie, which will open in theaters on July 10th. We can’t wait to see their new film. According to the synopsis, Minions is an origin story that takes place before both Despicable Me movies. BTW, there’s an early screening of the movie in the Portland area on Tuesday, July 7th. And thanks to Universal Pictures, a lucky reader of my dad blog can win a Minions prize pack consisting of promotional items for the film and an early entry VIP ticket (good for 4 people) to see the screening in Portland, Oregon (Regal Lloyd Center). The kids and I saw an early screening of Despicable Me 2 last week. We loved the film and thought it was hilarious. Gru is funny, the girls are still adorable, and the Minions made everyone laugh through out the story. The new animated movie is about 98 minutes long and is rated PG. Despicable Me 2 (Universal Pictures and Illumination Entertainment) opens today at a theater near you.
