I’m posting a short video blog post today. The topic is securing your passwords.

Good morning, dads and moms. Did everyone have a fun Halloween? Our kids had a blast, but now we have to start putting away the Halloween decorations. Before I start taking down our Halloween stuff, I have four winner announcements to make. BTW, here are the giveaways still running on my blogs.
I have a great giveaway for people who own gadgets. I guess that means everyone, right? Thanks to Master Lock, I’m giving away a 5900D SafeSpace and a $10 Visa gift card. As I wrote previously in my review, the 5900D SafeSpace Storage Security is an oval-shape storage box for storing gadgets.
September is National Preparedness Month. According to the Citizen Corps National Survey conducted in 2009, only 57% of Americans surveyed report having supplies set aside in their homes just for disasters, and only 44% have a household emergency plan. I happen to be one of the unprepared ones. But I’m correcting this now by doing a little research on how to be prepared.
Can you believe there’s only about a month left before the kids go back to school? It’s true. Speaking of back to school, I’m reviewing three Master Lock products on my dad blog today. The products I’m reviewing are a laptop lock, pad lock, and gadgets storage. These are all excellent back to school products for your kids.
Good afternoon, dads and moms. I can’t believe it’s the first day of June. It’s dry again, so more yard work this weekend. I can’t wait until the kids are old enough to do real yard work! Anyway, I have three winner announcements today. First, here are the current open giveaways on my giveaway blog:
For my next Master Lock giveaway, they gave me a choice: the 8220D Cable Lock or the 8170D U-Lock. I’ve reviewed the 8220D cable lock recently on my dad blog. My take on the two locks is that the u-lock is great for a single bike, but the cable lock works better if you’re locking multiple bikes at the same time. Below are some highlights of the two locks. Let me know by the end of the week which lock I should give away on my blog.
Master Lock sent me their 8220D Cable Lock for review on my dad blog. Just in time for spring. We had a couple of days in the upper 70’s during Easter weekend so we took our bikes for our first spin of the year. It was a nice ride. We even stopped by the park and played for a bit. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a bike lock with us. Luckily for us, no one stole our bikes. Most people are good at heart, but it only takes one bad apple to steal your bike and ruin your day.
