Have you heard of Dairy Queen’s #GetUpsideDown promotion? During the month of April, as part of their 75th Fanniversary, Dairy Queen is serving their Blizzard treats upside down. And if the Blizzard Treat isn’t served upside down, you get a free Blizzard on your next visit. Cool, right? BTW, I am participating in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for Dairy Queen. I received a product sample and promotional item to thank me for my participation. As always, the opinions expressed here are mine and I am not obligated to write a positive review.
Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment recently sent us a bunch of goodies to host a family movie night. We watched Penguins of Madagascar (giveaway | review). This is actually the second time for my youngest son. He really likes the animated film. The main activity while watching the movie was making ice cream. We’ve never made ice cream before. It’s actually fairly easy with the YayLabs Ice Cream Ball — just add rock salt and ingredients. The product included several recipes. We made the mint chocolate chip ice cream. It was yummy!
Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment recently sent us a kit so we could host a movie night with the kids. One of our children had a school function, so it was just me and my three other kids. We watched Russell Madness Blu-ray and had a fun time. My youngest son and I actually saw Russell Madness a week prior, but we didn’t mind seeing it again. Russell Madness is available now on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital HD.
Idea Village Products sent me their Ice Cream Magic product. It’s a personal ice cream maker that looks like an ice cream cone mug. It even comes with a spoon shaped like an ice cream cone. With Ice Cream Magic, your kids can make their own personal serving of ice cream. We have not tied making ice cream with it yet (it’s been below freezing here for over a week now), but Ice Cream Magic looks like a fun holiday gift. The product currently sells for $12.50 on Amazon.
School is out and one of the things we like to do on a hot summer day is to go to Cold Stone Creamery. That’s why I was happy to find out that I’m giving away a $10 Cold Stone Creamery gift card on my dad blog. All I have to do is tell you Cold Stone is hosting a Chuggington promotion. They’re offering a $2 off coupon on any Chuggington DVD with the purchase of one of their tasty treats. The Chuggington’s Cold Stone promotion ends in August.
