Strawberry Shortcake: Campberry Stories | Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment

There’s a new Strawberry Shortcake title out on DVD. It’s called Campberry Stories and features three episodes about campfire stories. As expected, the characters and stories are as cute as ever. And even though Strawberry Shortcake seems to be aimed at young girls, my youngest son (age seven) really likes the episodes too. Strawberry Shortcake: Campberry Stories (Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment) is available now on DVD.

Strawberry Shortcake: Campberry Stories Episodes

  • Tall Tale Trio
In this episode, Plum, Cherry and Orange arrive late at the campground. When asked why, the three of them tell a tall tale about why they are late.

  • Berry Big Tale Teller
In the second episode, it’s Sweet and Sour turn to tell a story. In their story, their van gets stuck in quicksand. Sour goes for help, but ends up meeting a band called Pinky and the Ponytails.

  • The Berry Bitty Great Race
In the final episode, Apple Dumplin shares a story about a great race she was involved in. In the race, a couple of bad girls goes to great lengths to stop Apple from winning. According to Apple, the story actually happened, but no one seems to believe her.

Strawberry Shortcake: Campberry Stories Synopsis

It’s time for tall tales and small kindnesses in this berrytastic animated trio. Strawberry Shortcake and her pals are on their annual camp-out in Very Beautiful Meadow when they decide to see who can tell the most outrageous story. Plum, Cherry and Orange get things started with different made-up reasons to explain why they’re late to the party. Sour tells everyone an imagined adventure involving her and her sister, Sweet. And Apple tells the campers about a thrilling cross-country race… only she insists it really happened. It’s going to be a berry difficult decision to choose the best tale!

  1. My granddaughter used to like watching Strawberry Shortcake when she was younger. But now she’s moved on to pre-teen oriented TV shows, etc.

  2. My nieces love watching Strawberry Shortcake. They haven’t seen this one yet, so I will be getting it for them
