Thomas & Friends: Trouble on the Tracks | Lionsgate and HIT Entertainment

Lionsgate and HIT Entertainment sent me the Thomas & Friends: Trouble on the Tracks DVD for review on my dad blog. As usual, the stories take place on the Island of Sodor. My five-year old preschooler liked the new DVD even though his interest has shifted from trains to superheroes. Thomas & Friends: Trouble on the Tracks is available now at Walmart on DVD, Digital HD and Video on Demand. It has a list price of $14.98.

Thomas & Friends: Trouble on the Tracks is almost an hour long. It includes five never-seen-before episodes and two bonus features. As always, the trains on the Island of Sodor try to be really useful engines. In addition to Thomas, the stories feature Paxton, Salty, Henry and Toad.

In the episodes, the Troublesome Trucks have fun causing chaos for Thomas, as Annie, Clarabel and Toad encounter unexpected high-speed adventures. Oily Diesel gives Paxton a fright, while Salty’s spooky story has the engines running scared.
