Check out the tool SKIL sent me for review and giveaway on my dad blog. It’s the iXO Vivo cordless screwdriver with a corkscrew attachment. The power corkscrew safely and securely removes a wine bottle cork in less than ten seconds. Nice! The iXO Vivo is an excellent holiday gift for wine lovers, DIYers and frequent entertainers.
I have not had a chance to try out the awesome power corkscrew yet, but based on the instructions, it looks like it’s easy to use. The corkscrew attachment can handle bottle tops up to 30.5 mm in diameter.
The iXO Vivo also includes a wine stopper, foil cutter, Lithium-Ion battery charger, a five-piece bit set and storage box. The tool features a forward/reverse switch, site light, charging indicator light, and forward/reverse indicator lights.
So far, the features I like best about the iXO Vivo are the site light and the small size of the tool. It’s even small enough to fit in my pants pocket (no jokes or snickering please). I’m sure over the holidays, I will also love the power corkscrew. I think my friends and relatives will be impressed.
