Review and Giveaway – Angelina Ballerina: Sweet Valentine DVD
Today I’m reviewing the Angelina Ballerina: Sweet Valentine DVD. Thanks to Lionsgate and HIT Entertainment, I’m also giving away the new Angelina Ballerina DVD on my dad blog. Angelina Ballerina: Sweet Valentine will appeal mainly with girls. However, my two year old son likes this DVD too. The Sweet Valentine DVD is available now on DVD, digital download, and on-demand. The latest Angelina Ballerina DVD is about an hour long and has a list price of $14.98 (currently $11.99 on Amazon).
Angelina Ballerina: Sweet Valentine
The DVD features five episodes and two bonus features:
- Angelina’s Secret Valentine
Angelina gets a Valentine card, but she doesn’t know who it’s from. So she goes around the neighborhood in an attempt to find her secret Valentine. - Angelina and the Hearts on Ice
In this episode, Angelina tries to convince Marco to perform in a Valentine show on ice, but Marco thinks the show is too lovey dovey. - Angelina and the Big News
Angelina overhears something and thinks her instructor is getting married. Angelina is so excited that she ends up planning something special for her teacher. - Angelina and the Mouslinghood of Dancing Shoes
Angelina and her friends are members of the Mouslinghood of Dancing Shoes Club. The club is for girls only, but a couple of boys want to join too. I actually learned a little about doo-wop in this episode. - Angelina and the Laughing Poet
In this episode, Angelina’s ballet teacher tells her students that poetry and dancing are related. Angelina and her friends are then assigned to come up with a dance for their poem. - Angelina’s Picture Game
This is a simple game of matching the characters with the picture. - Get Up and Dance Music Video
Here is a fun music video of Angelina and her friends. It’s short, but features a variety of music.
