Lionsgate and HIT Entertainment sent me the Barney: Holiday Favorites DVD for review on my dad blog. The boxset features three discs: Barney’s Night Before Christmas Movie, Barney: Christmas Star, and HIT Favorites: Frosty Friends. The first two disks are like the typical Barney DVDs. They feature kids singing and dancing with the lovable dinosaurs. The third disk, Frosty Friends, is the one my kids enjoyed the most. In addition to Barney, the Frosty Friends disk features characters like Bob the Builder, Kipper, Thomas & Friends, and Pingu. Barney: Holiday Favorites is available now for $19.98 (currently $11.99 on Amazon).
