Greg and Morgan-Leigh Norman

Father’s Day is only a few days away. If you’re still looking for an idea, Morgan-Leigh Norman (daughter of golfer and vintner Greg Norman ~ The Shark) has a Father’s Day tip for you — make dinner for good old dad and enjoy a glass of wine together. Sharing a meal together is a good time to talk, catch up, reconnect, and share stories. Spending quality time together is always a great gift for a loved one. If you’re looking for an excellent cook book, then you are in luck. Thanks to Greg Norman Estates and Morgan-Leigh Norman, five lucky readers of my dad blog will each receive a cook book. And if your dad loves a good vine, then you should check out Greg Norman Wine Estates’ selection of fine wines.

Greg Norman Wine Estates Cookbook
The nice-looking and high-quality cookbook features eleven delicious recipes by Morgan-Leigh (she’s a trained chef). The cookbook includes some of the favorite dishes she prepares just for her father — such as Steak Carpaccio and Arugula Roulade, Ricotta Stuffed Baby Bell Peppers, and Australian Prime Wagyu Steak. I plan on trying out the Down Under Hamburger with Rocket and Fried Eggs real soon. The book also pairs the meals with Greg Norman’s award-winning wines. If you don’t win the cookbook, it is also available for a $5 minimum donation to CureSearch for Children’s Cancer.

[Disclosure: The giveaway prize will be provided by Greg Norman Estates, but Greg Norman Estates is not a sponsor or administrator of the giveaway on my dad blog. I received a cook book and two bottles of wine for writing this post and hosting the giveaway. However, I was not drinking when I wrote this post (I gave the wines to the weirdo-in-law for sister-in-law day). As always, the opinions are all mine.]
