Dockers Free Pants Giveaway
Thanks to Dockers (I love their khakis), I’m giving away a pair of khakis on my dad blog to five dads (moms can enter too). The Valentine’s Day related giveaway is actually a continuation of the Dockers Men Without Pants Super Bowl commercial (Calling all Men – its time to Wear the Pants). Enter soon because the free pants giveaway will end on noon Tuesday, February 16th (Pacific time).
Valentine’s Day is around the corner and Dockers is searching for proof that men are wearing the pants and that chivalry is not dead. To prove to Dockers that chivalry is not dead, enter the Dockers Free Pants Giveaway by leaving a comment on my dad blog about your act of Valentine’s Day chivalry (ie – box of chocolates, boutique of flowers, surprise weekend getaway, etc). For my lady readers, you can tell me what your guy did for you on Valentine’s Day. Many dads and moms will be busy with the kids on Monday (no school on Presidents Day), so feel free to use an example from a previous Valentine’s Day if you don’t have time to enter next week.
Bonus Entries (leave a separate comment for each entry)
- Post your chivalry example as a comment and/or pictures on your Facebook page (include your Facebook username for verification) or on my Facebook fan page
- Tweet your chivalry example ONCE on Twitter and include @daddyforever and #chivalryisnotdead in the tweet (include your Twitter URL or username for verification)
The giveaway is limited to US residents. The deadline to enter is noon Tuesday, February 16th (Pacific time). Five winners will be randomly selected. The five winners will each receive a free pair of Soft Khakis (classic khaki or red).
[Disclosure: I did not receive any products or compensation for writing this post.]

My husband fixed a very romantic dinner for me.
Money is tight this year so wasn’t able to celebrate, but a previous valentine my husband surprised me with the traditional roses and candy.
Hubby gave me a dozen yellow roses (my favorite) and grilled steaks for dinner (with snow still on the deck). What a great guy.

We had a freak snowstorm this past weekend. Hubby made sure that all of the sidewalks were clear. Chivalry is not dead!

This may sound odd, but my husband did not do anything specifically for Valentine’s Day. My husband is great. He cooks, he cleans, he is handy and fizes stuff around the house and he is always thinking and doing stuff for me. So, on Valentine’s Day I let him have the day off. I let him know he does a great job the rest of the year and he doesn’t need to be pressured for the holiday!!
My guy made me a pot roast dinner with carrots and mashed potatoes
and to boot he even made a heart shaped cake it was so sweet :)
My hubby made me a very nice meal!

I’m on a diet and thought chocolate would be nowhere near this house on Valentine’s Day. Nope. My man bought me two bags of sugar-free chocolate! What a sweetie!

I’m not involved with anyone. However, I did call my niece on Valentines day because it was her birthday!
Thanks for the giveaway!
My husband is always sweet, so he didn’t need to do anything special for Valentine’s day, but he still got me a card and chocolates! Yum! :-)
He actually didnt do anything, not a word or deed out of him
