Photofiddle Mothers Day Gift Giveaway

Has anyone tried out Photofiddle? It’s a fairly cool web service. You upload your photo, select a design, and then Poof! Artwork is magically created (I think they call this process “fiddle”). Photofiddle.com enables users to easily create art from photos. I think there are about 85 design styles to choose from. The fiddling service is free. However, there is a fee for printing out the artwork on canvas or photo paper.

Artwork from Photofiddle.com would make great mothers day gifts. Now’s your chance to enter a drawing for a $50 gift certificate. Leave a comment below and my wife will select a winner. The deadline to enter is this Wednesday (May 6th).

Photofiddle.com is also offering a 15% discount on their products. Use the code: daddy15 in the promotion code box on the shopping cart page and then click apply.

I really like those, would make good birthday cards for grandparents (if they offer a service to print them on cards).

When I can’t touch up a photo the way I like I find that using an effect like one of those saves the photo and sometimes I photo I would normally discard turns into a master piece. I will have to check that site out!

  4. That is pretty cool! I would love to try that service.

My grandmother used to tell me not to fiddle around with things, meaning don’t mess them up or change them. Thanks for the info on Photofiddle — I’m going to play today instead of grading essays now, LOL! :)
