Ninth Anniversary

Posted by Daddy Forever on Tuesday, July 29, 2008 : : 37 comments

Thursday will be our ninth anniversary. Not sure what we’re doing this year. Last year, I think we went to Target. The year before that, it was McDonald’s. This year, maybe Goodwill. Am I a great catch or what? No need to answer that one. It’s a good thing my wife loves me.

Happy Anniversary. Hope you have a…er, regular day.

BTW, why is your wife the only person smiling in this photo?

That’s a good question. I couldn’t find a single wedding photo with me smiling in it. Maybe it has something to do my Vulcan genes.

Our kids would love celebrating our anniversary at Chuck E. Cheese. Unfortunately, my son is banned from Chuck E Cheese for hitting the mouse where it hurts the most.

Congraulations on the anniversary. According to http://www.findgift.com/Anniversary-Table/ for your ninth its either poetry or leather. I guess it depends on what you and your wife are into…

Congrats again.

I vote for the leather and whip. But I have a feeling my wife prefers poetry.

Happy Anniversary!
Maybe you could take her to the jewelry store and let her pick out something nice. Then off to McDonalds!

My brother in law used to take his ex wife to McDonalds and ask her to order water. No wonder she is his EX wife?

Well, I guess I’m lucky I don’t tell my wife to order water. I tell her she can order anything from the dollar menu.

With the way the kids torment me, I would be lucky if I live another ten years.

Yep, I am lucky. Otherwise I would have to think of something romantic and that would hurt my head.

Too bad it wasn’t digital. I had to scan it and it came out a bit fuzzy.
