Freedom Writers
I saw Freedom Writers Thursday night. I loved it and recommend it. I don’t usually plug movies, but I’m going to go out on a limb and say you’ll like it too. If you don’t like it, well, there’s obviously something wrong with you.
The movie is about a young teacher trying to inspire her inner-city students. Yeah I know what you’re thinking — another movie about an inspirational teacher. I thought the same thing when I first saw the movie on the shelf at BlockBuster, which was why I wasn’t willing to pay 389 cents to rent it. Then I saw the movie again. This time on the shelf at the library (when did they start carrying DVDs?). It was free and the library doesn’t exactly have an extensive selection of movies, so I checked it out. I loved it and you will too. Now go see Freedom Writers. Have a good weekend everyone!

There’s a little bad language so don’t watch with the little ones.
I’ve heard this is a really good flick!! And ***hello!*** McDreamy is in it. I’m so there. 8)
Sorry, McDreamy is really McBarely-in-Movie. It’s Hilary’s movie.
I am into Hilary at the moment after seeing her in P.S I love you….(Movie)..
I will have to rent it out..it sounds really good !
I have not seen PS I Love You, but I like Hilary in Million Dollar Baby.
Ive read PS I Love Youo and it made me cry!!!!!!! Tsk..Tsk.. But not as sentimentle as The Notebook.. but its really nice! But when PS I Love You the movie came out.. it was a lil bit disapointment as a lot of details was not shown..
I’m the same way. If I read the book first, I’m usually disappointed in the movie because it condenses the story to two hours.
Sounds like a good movie. I’ll have to check it out.
An Indiana teacher was suspended one year for teaching this book in class! I found the story on http://detentionslip.org.
