Just Add Love

My back went out again. I’m not going to bore you with another rant, other than to say I wish I could go to the body parts store and buy a back replacement.

Speaking of wishes, I think most dads and moms wish raising kids could be this simple:

Plant baby seeds
Water
Sprinkle some love
Nurture
Voila…

my daughter, the plant

my son, the plant

Would you use compost?…somehow that seems cruel.

Nope, we’re using love in place of compost.

I would like a remote for my kids. Skip over the bad moments and replay the happy ones.

Sorry about your back. Hope things improve quickly.

I wish it were that simple to raise kids, and I guess in some ways it is, especially when they’re young. As they get older, it takes more love than anyone could possibly imagine to get through the really challenging times.

Can you tell that I need lots of vodka this week? *grin*

Bummer about the back….
cute pictures of the kids though…and really nice pot

have you tried any alternative stuff like acupuncture or chiropractic? As well as some physical therapy? or is it a disc problem?

The doc said a chiropractor would be helpful if I saw him the same day my back went out. But it was already after 4pm on Saturday when I left the doctor’s office. Not a disc problem. Ligament injury.

Hee hee - I wish that too - great shots. Sorry about the back…again. That’s just plain miserable. I feel that way about most of my joints and I DREAD getting older with them knowing it will only get worse.

Hugs,
Holly

How did people in biblical times live for several years with these types of old age problems?

I’m just kidding. It really is that simple. Even easier if you are a single parent.

Hmmm. I’ve never thought of kids as weeds before. But then again, they can be real pests at times.

I forgot to say I am sorry about your back : ( when you find the body parts store let me know where it’s at…I may trade in a few parts myself.

OK, will do. I’ll assume you want a legal source of body parts.

Ouch! I’m sorry about your back again.
Cute little Flower children! Wouldn’t that be nice to grow them inside in pots then transplant them outside when they become teenagers! Or at least to the garage!

Aww..Daddio…you poor thing..hope your back gets better soon. Have you been to the Doc about it? Why does it keep going out so much on you? Back pain is one of the worst pains there is, aside from labor, of course. Love the kids in the pot picture…too cute! Your little ones are so photogenic.

I went to the doctor this time, but I was in too much pain and discomfort to remember to ask why it happens so often.

Wonderful pics! And I agree … but at times, those lil hands hugging you or holding your palm at night makes everything worth it.
