Addams Family Forever
Can you believe it, Halloween is only 16 days away and until today, I have not written a single Halloween post. Halloween is the best holiday of the year. I know you all agree with me. You would have to be insane not to like Halloween. It wouldn’t surprise me if some of you have even written letters to lawmakers to make Halloween a month-long paid holiday. I have. I could use the money and could also use the time off because Fall is the busiest time of the year for me. I really need to talk to the boss about my work load, but I’m self-employed and I’m crazy enough to fire myself.
While my wife was out of town, I let the Little Princess dress up in Halloween costumes. She had a blast and so did I. Did I mention Halloween is the best holiday in the world? Well, it is. The Little Princess likes Halloween almost as much as I do. Check out her video. I used the theme song from the Addams Family. They are my kind of family. I wish our family could be as spooky as the Addams Family. That would be so cool.

She makes an awesome Morticia playing the piano with that long hair. :-) Looks like you two had a blast while mom was away. Bring on the CANDY!
The Little Princess liked being Morticia, but she couldn’t snap her fingers.
I have to agree that Halloween is one cool holiday but I still like Christmas better. I do have those pumpkins readya nd trick or treat banners out so don’t hate me. Hehe.

Yeahhh, for Halloween. I agree….wouldn’t it be cool to be like the Adams Family..we love that movie…we also looovvvveeee Halloween..costumes are bought, decorations are up..we can’t wait. My kids are totally off the wall over it. They are already wearing their costumes around the house. Too funny…Hubby wants to use our Halloween decorations to decorate our Christmas tree…I do have to drawn the line there though.
I don’t see any problems with a Halloween theme Christmas. Sorta like that movie,”The Nightmare Before Christmas”
My kids like Halloween so much my oldest wrote a book about it. It’s almost more fun for the parents than it is for the kids.

Your Princess seems to love Halloween as much as you do. I let Roo watch her video and he said “carey tuff” (scary stuff) then he said “do adin” (do again) We had to watch her three times!
The Little Monkey is the same way. She wants to watch the video over and over again.

We did. Those three hours went by really fast. If it wasn’t for dinner, it might have been even longer.

I totally don’t get Halloween! We do not celebrate is here, well some do now… but I really must do some reading to find out just what it is all about! Does it have special meaning to you, or is it just all about the fun of dressing up, pumpkins etc etc???
I think there’s something for almost everyone. Our kids like it all (trick or treat, costumes, the pumpkin patch, the Halloween decor, and the party). I like the spooky theme and I get to be a kid again.

I want to dress up as the Silver Surfer, but I can’t find his costume in town. I will probably go as a vampire this year.
Great video!!!! I think I’m going to have serious withdrawals as far as decorating for Halloween. We’re trying to sell our house so we’re only putting up the minimum of decorations…
