Captain America

Here is my first YouTube video. I made the video with my Canon PowerShot A540 digital camera (my first digital camera). I still miss my old SLR (it broke down last June), but I like the compact size of my new camera, it can shoot video, and it does not need film. The camera actually shoots really good video, but the video doesn’t look so good after YouTube does its magic to reduce the file size (from almost 56M).

As you can see in the video (29 seconds), my son is no longer Spiderboy. He’s now Captain America and he has stolen my shield.

Very cute — kids always want to see themselves on camera don’t they?

I got myself a PowerShot A560 this summer, and I love it. I’m still figuring out all of the 21 shooting modes, but that video thing comes in handy more often than you realize.

Ha! I had to watch it twice - too cute! But what is he singing? (Or was it his very own, original composition?)

We recently bought a little Casio Exilim digital camera, and it actually has a decent video feature (well, at least for a little digital camera). But I don’t have anything half as cute to film.

He’s such a cutie! I think that’s the Canon my mom just bought. Mine is a 450, but I love it. It fits perfectly in my pocket.

Kelley, my son is making up his own song. I’m not sure if I would call it an original composition.

Very soon, your son will be asking to drive your CAR…
